By accessing or using MIDC Property (midcproperty.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Platform Description
MIDC Property is an industrial real estate marketplace connecting property owners, agents, and seekers across Maharashtra's MIDC zones. We provide listing, search, and inquiry services. We do not own or manage any listed properties and are not party to any transaction between users.
3. User Obligations
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful property information
- Not post duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Not post residential properties under industrial/commercial categories
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Not use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission
- Comply with all applicable laws including RERA and property regulations
4. Listing Guidelines
All property listings must be for genuine industrial, commercial, residential, or agricultural properties in designated MIDC zones or nearby areas. Listings are subject to moderation. We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that violate our guidelines without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on MIDC Property are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant us a license to display it on the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
MIDC Property is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to property transaction disputes, inaccurate listings, or service interruptions.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your listings will be removed from the platform.
