Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) allots industrial land/plots across notified industrial areas. The allotment process, eligibility, and documentation vary by scheme, location, and purpose (manufacturing, warehousing, services, etc.).

Acquisition Pathways (MILAAP)

Direct Allotment for Priority Projects

Tailored for specific priority categories including Mega/Ultra Projects, Davos MoUs, PSUs, and Strategic Government level MoUs.

Applicants select available plots meeting project requirements. Applications undergo DPR scrutiny and LAC evaluation chaired by the Honourable CEO.

e-Bidding for Industrial Plots

Transparent digital bidding platform for industrial plots. Bidders submit competitive offers up to 125% of the base rate.

Rates are revealed post technical qualification. The system auto-selects the H1 (highest) bidder for fair allocation.

e-Bidding for Residential & Commercial

Digital platform for non-industrial vacancies with clear visibility of base rates and digital quote submission.

Promotes accessible allocation aligned with modern governance. System selects the H1 bidder after technical qualification.
